1 tsp. Smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. Oregano (dried)
1/2 tsp. Thyme (dried)
1/4 tsp. Cayenne
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Onion powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Mix all ingredients and rub onto fish & bake, grill or fry.

We like to use this on Orange Roughy that I have coated with olive oil or melted butter. I always double or triple the seasoning & keep it on hand.
