2 c. milk, scalded
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg

Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together. Place in custard cups & sprinkle with nutmeg. Place custard cups in a baking pan filled with water about 1/2 way up custard cups. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
