1-3 oz. pkg. Apricot Jello
1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1-7 1/2 oz. jar apricot baby food
1-8 oz. container of Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan combine Jello & pineapple. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until Jello is dissolved. Remove from heat & cool 20 minutes.
In a small bowl beat cream cheese until light & fluffy; beat in baby food; mix well. Add Jello mixture to cream cheese mixture; blend well. Fold in Cool Whip. Cover & refrigerate 1 hour.
