1 lb thin round steak
½ cup soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 large firm tomatoes
2 large green peppers
½ tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic or 1/8 t garlic powder
¼ cup oil
2 tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp soy sauce
Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into thin strips. Pour ¼ cup soy sauce mixed with sugar over steak. Marinate for ½ hour. While marinating, heat oil, add garlic and ginger. Add peppers and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
Mix in a separate dish Tbsp of soy sauce and cornstarch. Add mixture and tomatoes at the same time. Saute for 3 minutes.

Serve over rice
