1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
Vanilla

Melt butter in pan, add brown sugar and boil for 2 minutes. Stir constantly, add milk and stir until mixture boils. Remove from heat, add powdered sugar, let cool, then put on cake..
