2 cups honey
1 cup cream
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients together and cook over medium heat to just below hard crack stage (about 275 degrees on a candy thermometer). When cool enough to handle, butter hands and pull until it is golden in color. Stretch candy out into long pieces, cut into pieces and enjoy!
