Fruit Pizza Recipe

1 cup butter softened
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 cup powdered sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tap vanilla

1 16 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar

Orange sauce:
1 cup orange juice
1/4 tsp grated orange peel
4 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 tsp grated lemon peel

Combine ingredients for crust. Divide dough and press into two 13 inch pizza pans. Bake at 325 for 12-15 minutes. Cool a bit, spread filling, top with sliced fruit. Spoon orange sauce over the top.
