1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 10 ounce jar maraschino cherries, drained, chopped (reserve 6 whole for topping)
1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1 8 ounce carton cool whip topping, thawed
1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained and chopped
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Line muffin tins with paper or foil liners. Cut reserved cherries in half for garnishing. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add pineapple, chopped cherries and oranges to cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon fruit mixture into cups. Garnish with cherry half. Freeze until firm. Remove 10 minutes before serving.
