Chicken

1 cup whipping cream
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken. (reserve broth). ( I use rotisserie chicken).

Beat eggs, add salt. Add sifted flour until stiff. Tear off a handful of dough. Roll out thin on floured surface, and cut into small squares. Drop dumplings one at a time into boiling chicken broth. (Might have to add more broth)
