3/4 cup white sugar
1 cube margarine
1/2 cup Karo syrup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Cook to soft ball. Remove from heat and add 1/4 tsp baking soda. This will foam up. Pour over a big batch of popcorn. Delicious!
