1 lb ground beef
1 regular can creamed corn
½ cup diced onion
1 small jar picante sauce
½ cup diced bell pepper
1 pkg jiffy cornbread mix
1 regular can ranch style beans
cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.

Cook meat, drain, add onion & bell pepper, cook until tender. Add beans and picante sauce. Prepare jiffy mix per directions, add corn. Pour meat mixture in 9x13 pan. Add cheese on top of meat. Add cornbread mixture on top of cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes.
