4 to 6 pork chops, trimmed
2 medium onions, sliced thin
4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Sliced American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chops on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover with onion. Layer potatoes on top. Cover with slices of cheese. Pour undiluted mushroom soup over cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 400 for 1 to 1 hours.
