3 cups frozen hash browns – thawed
3 T butter, melted
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
¼ heavy whipping cream
Salt/pepper
2 T chopped parsley
1 lb cooked sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9” tart pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl add hash browns, butter. Season with salt and pepper. Press hash browns into pan to form crust. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until hash browns are golden.
Into a large bowl add eggs, cheese, cream, parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Add sausage. Mix to combine
Pour mixture on top of hash brown crust. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until set.
Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
