Boiled eggs
1 lb sausage (at room temp)
3 to 4 eggs
flour
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs. Roll in flour. Wrap sausage around the egg (sausage at room temp). Dip in egg batter (whip 3 or 4 eggs together) this also helps with molding the sausage around the egg. Roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry make sure you cook them long enough to cook all the way through. Then cut in halves if they are not cooked well enough you can put them in the microwave for a few seconds until finished cooking.
