1 lb sausage (at room temp)
3 to 4 eggs
flour
bread crumbs

Directions:
Boil eggs. Roll in flour. Wrap sausage around the egg (sausage at room temp). Dip in egg batter (whip 3 or 4 eggs together) this also helps with molding the sausage around the egg. Roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry – make sure you cook them long enough to cook all the way through. Then cut in halves – if they are not cooked well enough you can put them in the microwave for a few seconds until finished cooking.
