Fresh Spinach, washed and drained
4 slices bacon
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
juice from ½ lemon
Red Wine Vinegar. (enough to equal the drippings from the bacon)
Hard boiled egg

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bacon until brown. Remove and break into small pieces. Combine vinegar, bacon drippings, Worcestershire sauce, sugar. and lemon juice and warm. In a salad platter break up spinach into bite sized pieces. Top with croutons, bacon, chopped egg, and warm dressing. Toss and Enjoy..
