300g uncooked buckwheat
600g chicken breast
1 broccoli
1 red bell pepper
400g mushroom
1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
frying oil
salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dice the chicken & marinade in oil, thyme, paprika & cayenne.
2. Dice the bell pepper & mushrooms, saute about 15 min.
3. Cut the broccoli & place in boiling water with a bit of salt & sugar. Boil for 5 min after the water started boiling again.
4. Fry the chicken, once cooked, add tomatoes & fry for another 3 min.
5. Cook buckwheat.
6. Assemble the dish: place buckwheat, broccoli, chicken with tomatoes and peppers with mushroom into one pot. Add salt & pepper and mix well.
