12 oz. Tomato Juice
10 oz. Fresh diced Tomatoes
1 med Jalapeno diced ( more seeds and membrane you remove the milder the salsa)
bunch Cilantro, chopped
1 sm Red onion diced
1 tsp Salt
3 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
3 tbsp. Oil
1 tsp Cumin

Add all ingredients. Chill for 2 hours. Serve
