Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can of Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Biscuits
1 pkg. of Philadelphia Cream
Cheese
1 lb. Original Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 cup shredded cheese
Seasonings of your choice - Garlic, Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage, adding desired seasonings. Strain the sausage. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheese. Mix thoroughly.

Spray cooking spray on a regular 12-count muffin pan. Open the biscuits, and separate each large biscuit in half along the middle layer. Gently stretch the layer out to make it slightly larger, and put it into the muffin pan, creating a "cup". The cup should reach approximately the top of the pan. In each cup, spoon in the sausage mixture until it is even with the top of the pan, or just under.

Put the muffin pan into the preheated oven at 350 degrees, and bake for 13-16 minutes, or until the edge of the biscuit cup is golden brown. Allow to cool and enjoy. (Best when eaten warm, and can be kept in the fridge and microwaved later).
