Tomatoes: 5 lb-Cut into pieces and 3/4 to be ground with vinegar along with other masalas
Green Chili: 1/2 lb
Fresh ginger 1/2 lb
Garlic 1/4 lb
Salt 5 Tbsp or 10 dessert spoons
Red chili powder: 1 Tbsp or 2 dessert spoons
Tumeric powder: 2 Tbsp or 4 dessert spoons
Jeera Powder: 2 tbsp
Mustad seed: 2 tbsp
Methi seed: 1 tsp

Fry the ground masala in oil then add the green chilis, ginger, garlic paste. Stir until all of the oil rises to the top
Bottle and store. The process should take at least 4 hours.
