1 Pkg. Knox Gelatin - dissolve in 1 C. Cold water, then heat in microwave to dissolve more. Then add;
½ C. Sugar
2 - 8 oz. Pkg. Of Cream Cheese (softened)
1 tsp. Vanilla

Beat all together. Pour into graham cracker crust. Refridgerate.
Top with cherries or blueberries
