4 Salmon fillets

Mix together:
4 Tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp dill
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
On a cookie sheet make a large foil pouch to keep in the juices.
Place the fillets(skin side down if using fresh) in the pouch and pour mixture over salmon.
Bake at 425º for 12 min.
