1 cup Farfel
1 stick margarine
1 whole lemon
½ cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 cup pineapple juice
cinnamon to taste
16 apricots
16 prunes
1 apple diced
⅓ cup raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Soak dried fruit until soft.
Boil water and pour over Farfel and cover for 5 minutes. Pour off excess water.
Squeeze margarine into Farfel and pour lemon juice into it.
Add beaten egg, vanilla and sugar.
Cut up fruit into very small pieces and pour into mixture.
Add diced apple.
Add pineapple juice and cinnamon to taste.
Bake in an ungreased pan for 1 hour at 350º
