Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp black pepper
2 Tbsp cumin
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp white sugar
1 Tbsp oregano
4 Tbsp paprika
2 Tbsp salt
3 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour all spices into a mixing bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

To make chicken:
Place a piece of chicken and 2 Tbsp of the rub (for a milder flavor, use less rub) in a gallon-size ziploc bag. Give the bag a shake to cover the chicken with the rub. Repeat, adding chicken and rub and shaking until all your chicken is in the bag and is uniformly covered. (May need to use multiple bags for several pieces of chicken). For a more intense flavor, refrigerate the bag(s) of chicken for up to 1 hour before grilling.

Grill the chicken over medium heat about 5 to 7 minutes per side or until the meat is no longer pink on the inside and is cooked through. Place chicken on a platter, cover with foil, and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
