1 stick butter
1 cup light Karo syrup
1 cup brown sugar
French bread, sliced into 1" thick slices
5 eggs
1 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, karo syrup and brown sugar over low heat. Stir until it is completely melted and blended.

Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.

Line french bread slices in pan on top of syrup mixture.

Mix together eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour over bread.

Cover and refrigerate over night.

Bake, uncovered, @ 350 for 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Bake an extra 5 minutes or so if you like it a little crispier.
