1 1/2 flour
1.2 t salt
1/2 cup shortening
3 to 4 T ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift the flour - once
Sift flour and salt together
Cut in shortening with two knives
Add ice water - Sprinkle lightly
Blend dough gently with a fork then use your fingertips to make a ball
Divide dough in half - let rest a couple of minutes before you it is rolled out.
Lightly dust dough with flour and roll out
Arrange in Pie Pan
Add your choice of filling and bake
