20 small Brussel Sprouts
Diced Pancetta
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
Red Pepper Flake
Butter
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Peel off any bad leaves from the brussel sprouts
Cut sprouts in half lengthwise.
Coat pan with Olive Oil Heat on high. Add Pancetta and cook 1 minute.
Add Brussels sprouts and fry until they start to brown around the edges and the bacon crisps.
. Add Minced garlic and fry 1 minute until softened.
Drain brussels sprouts to move excess oil. Serve hot.
