1 Head Bibb lettuce
1 Head Red Leaf Lettuce
1 Small Cantaloupe peeled and sliced thin
2 lg. Avocados
1/2 c. Diced Celery

Chili Dressing
Combine:
1/4 c. Jarred chili sauce
1/4 c. Honey
3 T. White wine vinegar
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
2 t. minced onion
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Can be made 24 hours ahead.

Add Grilled, sliced chicken or cooked prawns to make this an entrée salad.

Prepare dressing and set aside.
Grill Chicken or Prawns. Assemble salad greens with other salad ingredients. Top with dressing.
Add chicken or prawns on top of salad.
