Rump roast
Garlic Cloves
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Have roast at room temperature.....stud with garlic cloves on fat side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in pan fat side up.

Roast at 450 for one hour...

Add 2 inches hot waterLower temp to 275 .... Put lid on pan ..... Cook until tender

use granite ware pan

Make Bowen gravy using kitchen bouquet.

OR (Chris' note), on day one don't make gravy, use the juice for French Dip.
