Crust:

1 stick oleo
1 cup flour
1 cup nuts


1 cup cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
8 oz cream cheese, softened


2 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mash crust ingredients together and press into 13x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool.

Combine 1 cup cool whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese, softened. Mix with mixer until smooth. Spread on cooled crust.

Mix puddings with 2 cups milk and spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread cool whip on top and top that with shaved chocolate bar.

Refrigerate before serving
