3 cups light corn syrup
1 Tbs vanilla
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
3 cups pecan pieces
1 Pillsbury Just Unroll Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish. Mix together syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs. Pour 1/3 of mixture into pan. Lay crust on top. Stir nuts into remaining mixture. Pour on top of crust. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until center is nearly set.
