Grandma's Butterhorn Rolls Recipe

3 package yeast
¾ c warm water
2¼ c milk, scaled
1½ c shortening
1½ c sugar
6 tsp salt
9 eggs
13½ c flour
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast and water. Combine milk, softening, sugar, salt and cool to luke warm. Add 3 cup flour. Add yeast and 9 eggs; beat well. Stir in 10½ cups flour or enough to make soft dough. Knead lightly on floured surface 5-8 minutes. Place dough in greased bowl til double about 2½ hours. Turn out on floured surface. Roll out, brush with butter. Cover- let rise till cover light about 1 hour. Bake 400º for 10-12 minutes.
