1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 t vanilla
3 cups flour
½ t salt
½ t soda
3 t baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until creamy.
Add egg and milk, then blend.
Sift salt, baking powder, and flour and add slowly to above mixture.
Add vanilla when above is almost mixed.
Drop by rounded tablespoon on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges start to brown.
Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
