1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
cup butter, softened
cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
tsp baking powder
tsp baking soda
salt
Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, butter and peanut butter until creamy. Add egg and vanilla and mix completely. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture and beat on low speed until well blended. Shape dough into 1 balls. Roll in sugar. Flatten balls in criss-cross pattern with fork. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
