German Chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 small container caramel ice cream topping
8½ ounce Cool Whip
3 Toffee Bars or Heath Bars, broken up

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake cake according to directions and pour into a 9x13 inch pan.
While still warm poke holes in the cake and pour the sweetened condensed milk and the caramel topping on top of the cake.
Cool cake completely.
Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle crumbled Heath bars or mix in with Cool Whip and spread over the cake.
Must be refrigerated if it lasts that long.
