Ingredients:  
cup butter
1 cup of cut up stew meat, hamburger, pork, chicken
1 cup diced onion
1 teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
1 cup diced celery
1 can drained bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts drained
1 large can chow mein noodles
Thickening:
⅓ cup cold water
2 Tablespoon flour
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sear meat in butter, add onion fry 5 minutes. Add celery, seasonings and water. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Add drained bean sprouts and chestnuts.
Thickening: mix water, flour, sugar and soy sauce together and stir into above mixture.Serve on warmed chow mein noodles. Flavor dish with Soy Sauce.
