1 doz. eggs
8 slices white bread, edges removed, bread quartered
2 C. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 C. grated cheddar cheese
2 C. ham, chopped
1 small can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 13" X 9" casserole dish. Line bottom of dish with bread. Beat together eggs, milk, and mustard. Pour over bread. Sprinkle cheese over egg mixture. Sprinkle ham over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, mix evaporated milk and soup. Pour over ham. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Serves 6 to 8 people
