1 pkg. manicotti
1 pound ground chuck
½ onion chopped
½ bell pepper chopped
garlic powder to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
black pepper to taste
1-2 eggs
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 small carton cottage cheese
2 tablespoons parsley
½ cup parmesan cheese
3 cups spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with chopped onion and bell pepper. Add seasonings and simmer until pepper and onion tender. Mix next five ingredients together and add to drained hamburger, onion, and bell pepper mixture. Cook manicotti shells until al dente. Carefully remove from water, and stuff shells with meat mixture.
Place stuffed shells into greased large baking dish and top with spaghetti sauce.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes (last 5 minutes sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese).
