2 pounds hamburger meat
1 onion
2 jars tomato and basil spaghetti sauce
1 cup catsup
1-2 teaspoons sugar
1 Tablespoon chili powder
salt and pepper
olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Spaghetti to make 8 servings.
Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger and onion in 2 Tablespoons olive oil. Drain ¾ of grease. Add garlic.
Add two jars of spaghetti sauce and catsup. Last add chili powder. Cook spaghetti until en dente in salted water with one tablespoon olive oil. Drain spaghetti. Add meat sauce to spaghetti. Salt and pepper to taste.Simmer and taste. You may need to add more chili powder and or ketchup.
