24 vanilla wafers
Two 8 ounce boxes cream cheese
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 can cherry pie filling.

Directions:
Combine and beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and lemon juice.
Line muffin pan with cupcake papers and put one vanilla wafer in each. Fill the cups with cream cheese mixture and bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes. Top each with a spoonful of cherry pie filling and chill.
Really pretty and you can use different cup cake papers as Christmas or foil papers.
