1 (12 ounce) carton fat-free cottage cheese
3/4 cup low-fat or low-sugar peanut butter
1 small box sugar-free white chocolate instant pudding (can also use cheesecake flavor)
1 (12 ounce) carton fat free or lite Cool Whip
1 Reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
Chopped pecans or peanuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
With mixer, beat cottage cheese, peanut butter and pudding mix until smooth. Beat in Cool Whip. Pour into crust. Top with chopped nuts. Chill. Yum!
