1 box confectioner's sugar, sifted
1 cup crisco
1 egg white
1-1/2 Tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place all together in mixing bowl and beat until light and fluffy - about 10 minutes.

To Make Baby Booties:
Use a star tip to decorate a Mounds candy bar with a large marshmallow on top.
