4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups wesson oil

DRY INGREDIENTS (Sift together)
2 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla
3 drops almond extract
2 C grated carrots
1 C walnuts

GLAZE
1 C sugar
1/2 C buttermilk
1/4 to 1/2 C margarine
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp vanilla

Beat 4 eggs
Beat in 2 cups sugar
Add 1 1/2 cups wesson oil
Beat again

DRY INGREDIENTS (Sift together)

1/2 tsp salt

ADD TO EGG MIXTURE
add 1 tsp vanilla
3 drops almond extract
2 C grated carrots
1 C walnuts
MIX WELL

BAKE AT 350 degrees (Bundt pan)
For 90-115 minutes

GLAZE
1C sugar
1/2C buttermilk
1/4 to 1/2 C margarine
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp vanilla
BOIL 2 MINUTES
POUR OVER CAKE WHILE WARM
