2 lbs of ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 pkg original williams chili seasoning (for 2 lbs of ground beef)
2 cans of kidney beans (drained)
2 cans of chili beans (part drained)
2 cans 14.5 ounce diced chili ready tomatoes
1 can 14.5 ounce regular diced tomatoes
3 cans 8 ounce tomato sauce
you can add; ketchup, tabasco, garlic powder, cup of sugar, salt, and pepper

Directions:

Step 1: Brown hamburger and onions together, season salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 2: Do not drain; Add seasoning mix, brown for another 3-4 minutes.

Step 3: Add beans, stir, add tomato, and tomato sauce, stir.

Step 4: Add 7-9 drops of Tabasco sauce and 2-3 shakes of ketchup, add sugar, stir well, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer at least 30 minutes.
