2/3 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1-1/2 c milk
4-1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cocoa, sugar and salt. Add milk, bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook to 232 or until a drop of mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat and add butter. Cool to lukewarm. Add vanilla and beat until mix thickens. Pour into buttered pan. Cut into squares.

This fudge is a hard fudge that will put you in a sugar coma! Family has used it for several generations.
