2/3 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1-1/2 c milk
4-1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cocoa, sugar and salt. Add milk, bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook to 232º or until a drop of mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat and add butter. Cool to lukewarm. Add vanilla and beat until mix thickens. Pour into buttered pan. Cut into squares.
