Ingredients:
3 oz strawberry jello
8 oz cool whip
20 oz can pineapple (tidbits or chunks)
16 oz cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple. Mix pineapple, cottage cheese, jello package, and cool whip together. May add 1 cup sliced strawberries. Refrigerate.

(This is a recipe that is one of our family favorites that I make. You can use sugar free jello and low fat or fat free cottage cheese and cool whip for a lighter lower calorie salad!)

Aunt Verla remembers, "Dad took us on our first vacation to St Louis to see a ball game and the zoo many years ago! Our family's are definitely Cardinal fans!"
