¾ white sugar
¾ light brown sugar
1 cup Crisco shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ½ cup self-rising flour
12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening and sugars together. Add eggs & vanilla. Then add flour and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips, oats & pecans; mix well. Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake @ 350º for 15-20 minutes until they start to brown.
