2 cups Flour
cup Sugar
cup Butter
2 tsp Baking Powder
tsp Salt
tsp Nutmeg
tsp Cinnamon
cup Currants
1 egg & ⅓ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 7 ingredients, add currants then add the mixture of egg & milk.
Roll to on floured board.
Use glass to cut round shapes in dough.
Cook on preheated griddle ( Med heat) flip when golden brown.
Remove from griddle and immediately sprinkle with sugar.
