5 medium potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
6 T. margarine
1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 T. chopped parsley
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. chicken broth
salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes and onion on a large piece of heavy duty foil. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cheese, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Fold up foil around potatoes; add chicken broth. Seal edges tightly. Cook packet on grill, until potatoes are tender (about 30 minutes).

The peeled and sliced potatoes can be microwaved until almost done to hurry the recipe along.
