BANANA BREAD


2-3 ripe Bananas (over ripe the best)
2 Eggs
1 stick Butter melted
3/4 cup Sugar
1 1/2 cup all purpose Flour
1/4 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 cup crushed Almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare Bunt cake pan with bottom buttered and lightly dust with all purpose flour.


Blend Banana, Sugar and Butter in food processor till sugar is dissolved. Add Eggs and blend till mixed well. Add Sour Cream blend. Add Flour, Baking Soda and Powder blend well. Finally add Vanilla and crushed almonds and pulse till incorporated. Pour the mixture in pan and bake 45-50 minutes depend on oven. Cool the bread and then slice.

NOTE : Use of Food Processor recommended instead of blender.

Over ripe bananas freeze well. They come out handy when you need them
